I loved working out and playing sports from a very young age. However, as I entered my 30’s, I started to struggle with energy issues. With a full time desk job, not only did I feel that I had no time to exercise, but I noticed I just didn’t have the energy. I went from working out 3-4 days a week to not working out at all and very minimal physical activity throughout the day. In my late 30’s, I noticed that because of my low energy levels, I found it difficult to exercise, to complete chores around the house, and to complete tasks at work. When I finally realized how my health was deteriorating and negatively impacting my career and family life, that’s when I decided to make a change. That’s when I came across the power of workout supplements!
In this book, you will learn how to leverage the most widely used workout supplements (such as Protein Shakes, BCAAs, Creatine, Nitric Oxide, and more) to help you be more energetic, more active, and more consistent with your workouts. I have personally used these supplements (after consulting with my doctor and a personal trainer) along with a healthy diet, active recovery, rest and a workout plan.
Today, in my 40’s, I am a completely new energetic person! I still have a desk job (with longer hours), yet I’m able to squeeze in workouts and physical activity every single day! With more energy, I’m twice as more productive at work, I have enough energy after work to get some chores done around the house, to spend time with family, and to exercise!
